The Villa
Beautiful brand new modern 2-bedroom villa with en-suite bathrooms, a private swimming pool, full rice-field view and garden, located centrally between Canggu and Seminyak on a quiet side street away from the noise. This is a great location to explore Bali from, as you are very central. 10 minutes from Canggu, 10 minutes from Seminyak, 50 minutes from Uluwatu, 50 minutes from Ubud and 30 minutes from the airport. Fully equipped kitchen, smart TV in every room, soundbar and nice poolside seating: a great choice.

Other things to note
No smoking inside. Smoking is only permitted outside around the pool or in the front yard. If there is evidence of smoking inside there will be a 7 million IDR fine to pay for smoke odor removal. All of our staff have the entry code they have been instructed to ring the doorbell before coming in so not to startle you. Our Housekeeping staff will clean mid stay if your booking is 5 days or more if 4 days or less there is no mid stay cleaning, Our pool staff will come in periodically to check the pool and the gardening staff will be in periodically to water and trim the garden. Baby travel crib and baby gates are shared between all our villas this must be requested if available we will provide. A few Bali realities worth knowing before you arrive: Wifi — We provide wifi, but like elsewhere on the island it can drop or slow during outages or network maintenance. We’ll help reset it when we can; a local SIM or hotspot is a good backup if you need rock-solid connection for work. Power (PLN) — Short blackouts happen in Bali from time to time. They’re usually brief. Keep phones charged and don’t leave perishables relying on long fridge downtime during a cut. Bugs — This is a tropical island. Expect mosquitoes and the occasional other insect, especially around dusk and after rain. Screens, repellent, and closing doors/windows in the evening help a lot. Thanks for understanding — it’s part of island life, and we’re here to help make your stay smooth.
